Dear Labor supporters of Jordan Cove LNG:
The Jordan Cove project anticipates receiving all necessary authorizations by the end of 2019 to allow construction to begin in early 2020. As part of that process, local, state, and federal agencies will be holding public meetings in the first half of 2019.
The Oregon Department of State Lands will hold the first of these meetings in early January to solicit comments on the Jordan Cove project’s Removal-Fill permit application.
The voice of Labor makes a difference!
We are proud to be a union project. Your values of safety, integrity, and support for fair wages and benefits are aligned with Jordan Cove's values. This project will open countless new opportunities for the men and women in the construction trades, but we need your help to make it a reality.
Your attendance at one of the meetings listed below will make a difference. Moreover, written comments are vital to Jordan Cove's success as they become part of the agency's record supporting DSL’s findings and authorization. These comments can be submitted via this link:
The link above is a quick, easy way to make your voices heard and make a positive difference for Jordan Cove. I encourage you to get the word out to your members about this link and the importance of submitting comments.
