Dear Labor supporters of Jordan Cove LNG:

The Jordan Cove project anticipates receiving all necessary authorizations by the end of 2019 to allow construction to begin in early 2020. As part of that process, local, state, and federal agencies will be holding public meetings in the first half of 2019.

The Oregon Department of State Lands will hold the first of these meetings in early January to solicit comments on the Jordan Cove project’s Removal-Fill permit application.

Additional details, including room locations, will be announced in late December.

If you can get the word out to your members to make every effort to attend these meetings, that would be very helpful. A strong attendance really does make a difference with the regulators and elected officials who are watching.
