Brother and Sisters, Major League Baseball could be coming to our state, and with it a new baseball stadium!! The Portland Diamond Project is campaigning to bring a team to Portland and they need our help. A Labor Harmony Agreement had been established with the AFL-CIO to help ensure that Union Labor is used on this project.
