Virtual Union Meeting
Information for logging in to our monthly Virtual Union Meeting
- To log into our meeting please got to https://meetings.ringcentral.com/join and enter meeting ID number 148 508 9028. You will probably be asked to download the app. This is the best way to access the meeting especially if you are using a smartphone. You can also join via phone by simply dialing 623-404-9000 and entering the same meeting ID number. By using this option you will only be able to join with audio.
- In order to make sure that all participants in our meetings are members in good standing, we require that you are able to identify yourself in the meeting room prior to the meeting commencing. We do this by opening the meeting 30 minutes in advance and admitting one or two people at a time.
- REMEMBER, once the meeting has started, no new attendees will be admitted. This is to minimize disruptions to the meeting. Please make sure you don't wait until the last minute to try and log in, in case you do have issues identifying yourself.
- If you have changed your name in Ring Central to be your first and last name and have your video on, it is quite simple to identify you visually, so please try and make sure you check this each time you log in.
- If we are unsure or your ID does not reflect your first and last name, then we will try to speak to you to identify you verbally. Please pay attention to the hosts of the meeting to make sure you know if they are trying to speak to you.
